Once the project, consultation, digital service, or customized work has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
DG Yogi Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny cancellation requests based on the nature and progress of the service.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment charged but service not delivered due to technical error
- Cancellation request approved by DG Yogi Solutions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Completed digital services
- Delays caused by incomplete information from the client
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
In case of any refunds approved by DG Yogi Solutions, it may take up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed from our end, and an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as digital downloads, consultation sessions already conducted, custom development work, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating any chargeback request with their bank or payment provider. Filing a false chargeback may result in suspension of services and legal action if necessary.
